I have a black elbow sleeve leotard that I wear with sheer pantyhose. Should I keep my pants off and show my legs?

Well, Rick I think you know by now I'm going to say and I'll say it again.. wear them and wear them as much as you'd like you're not hurting anyone or offending anyone if that matters to you at least as far as I know. Go ahead and enjoy yourself and live your life shamelessly! That's just my opinion
